Day #47 Facebook Live Challenge
Hi, it’s Sue McVeigh VA, and it’s day 47 of my Facebook Live challenge. And today, I’ve decided to turn the phone to landscape and not portrait, just for a change. So, hopefully, it works out fine and I’m looking in the correct spot, but yes. So, today, I have… Yesterday, I was sharing that I put it out there to ask people to be beta testers or beta testers for my video. And I have nine people who have volunteered to help me, which is amazing, and I am very grateful. So, they’ve all received the emails with the links to the course and information, and yeah, can’t wait to get their responses back. And I think the old me or the… Yeah, the old me, the Sue, the previous me wouldn’t have done this, because it’s really hard. I don’t take criticism very well of myself or of others that mean something to me. So, you’ve got to sort of put that aside and go, “Well, this is what I’m actually asking for.” I’m baring my soul and my passion project for people to look at it and say, “Yeah, you could change this or change that.”
And it’s a constant daily work to do on my ego, is to put that aside and go, “I’m serving at a higher level.” So, I am serving my clients at a higher level, and that they will determine what the end product is, which is really exciting. And of course, a big part of me wants them to say, “Oh, it’s perfect the way it is.” And that’s okay. But if there’s any improvements, anything I can do to make it better, why wouldn’t I do that before I put it out there?
Because once I put it out there, I mean, I can tweak it along the way, but this is the test. This is people using it and following the instructions, so I’m just, yeah, excited. As I was getting the transcript of last night’s Facebook Live, excited was probably in there, oh, probably about 12 times, but that’s okay. It’s exciting. It really is. And yeah, just love catching up with people and finding out… Yeah, if it clicks with them, that’s good. And also, yeah, just to get ready to share it.
So, I feel very, very blessed to be in this situation and to have found my way here. And sometimes, you just got to… As my dear mother-in-law would have said, the only way is through. And have had to go through a lot to get here, so I’m grateful. I’m grateful for the health of my family and for my health and for being able, my brain just being able to crack itself open, and absorb and learn and thrive and create and imagine and articulate. So, yeah, I’m very grateful, very blessed. So, yeah, nine beta testers so far. Yeah. So, the wheels are in motion, and it’s a good feeling. So, thank you very much and I will see you tomorrow. Bye.
