Hi, it’s Sue McVeigh VA and it’s Day 23 of my Facebook Live Challenge and it’s Friday, so end of a school week. Two weeks left of remote learning so everyone is just getting tired and ready for a break. So I just feel that that energy is lacking around everywhere, so we’ve got the weekend. If you’re working through that’s okay, just take time out to take care of yourself too, which is a reminder for myself so I hope to take my own advice.

Today on Instagram I shared, actually on Facebook too, I shared a Tony Robbins quote and it was “the meeting of preparation with opportunity generates the offspring we call luck.” So the meeting of preparation with opportunity generates the offspring we call luck and I feel that’s what I’ve been doing, just working so hard and long hours and trying to finish the course that I’m studying at the moment and and also trying to work as well and yeah it’s getting to be quite a lot of energy so I saw this today and I thought preparation, that’s what I’m preparing for. What am I preparing for? Well I’m preparing to have a financial future for my family means my husband doesn’t have to work as much as he does and he can take it easy. So that is my goal in mind is to have lots of online courses and programs workshops that will teach people how to do their own social media designs so they can do them themselves and that’s what I want to do. So building what I’m building at the moment, it feels like it’s like a brickie’s labourer. It feels like I’m just got the wheelbarrow full of bricks and I’m up the driveway down the driveway up the driveway and it’s just it’s the heavy lifting it’s all in the brain and it’s really hard because it’s not physical work but you just feel exhausted. But the preparation is it, I’m in that phase and I mean that and it’s just you just gotta go with it.

So I just thought I would share that quote with you and whatever you’re preparing for, make sure you take that time out for self-care and also put your blinkers on, keep looking ahead and just keep on plugging. Keep on bringing those bricks up the driveway because what you’re building is going to make your family secure.
